Shocking! I Actually Became Earth's Son?

A meteor crashed to earth, ushering in an age of calamity.

Behemoths from the cosmos tore through the sky, leaving life on the ground devastated.

Just as all life was about to go extinct, Earth's will used the spiritual energy buried deep within the planet to blast the behemoths out of the solar system.

It also altered the bodies of humans and other creatures, granting them special abilities.

Two hundred years later, the behemoths returned.

To end the war, Earth chose a child from among humanity.

And so, Gai Xiaowan became the savior.

Years later, Xiaowan asked Earth why it had chosen him to be the savior.

Earth thought for a moment, then said:

"Because you're kind!"
