Versatile Mage: Angelic Soul

While filling in the gaps in Versatile Mage, I noticed that Mo Fan's way of handling things changes, and that the villains who appear later in the story come out of nowhere. But adding this character, Jiang Xiaozhi, makes the plot and Mo Fan's character more rounded, and brings out the character who had been stripped of some of his ideals. Maybe the author, Luan Shu, had planned to introduce this character as early as Mo Fan's conflict with the knights. So this gap-filling story gives me the perfect ending to Versatile Mage that I wanted. While adding the new character Jiang Xiaozhi, it won't alter the original plot at all. The storyline involving Jiuying and the sea demons will be more complete, and I'll also pick up the threads of the undead storyline and the Dark Plane in the later chapters. Jiang Xiaozhi's personality is the complete opposite of Mo Fan's, but the two are friends who would die for each other. Jiang Xiaozhi's sense of justice means he isn't swayed by anyone: he judges the matter, not the person. He doesn't have an all-knowing perspective, and he hasn't transmigrated into a book with a script in hand. He's simply a supporting character born and raised in Mo Fan's world. The two are bound to clash, but I believe in Luan Shu's emotional storytelling and the values he conveys. Mo Fan will definitely win, and Jiang Xiaozhi himself will be convinced that he has won.
