Many people know that this book is a pearl in the world, but only a few have read it completely. Dissuade some people who like narrative fiction, people who like psychology, religion and philosophy may be interested.
Except for "Anna Karenina" and "Hamlet", all literary works in the world, even if taken together, cannot be even a little higher than this book. With talents that are both out of reach and coveted by all writers, and with absurd life experiences, Dostoevsky is undoubtedly the greatest writer in a world that is increasingly entering a post-modern society. In my mind, he belongs to the same latitude as Tolstoy and Shakespeare, but Unlike the other two, Dostoyevsky is a person who has contributed more to the world than all writers, poets, and playwrights in the past and the past. He is a mentor who is indispensable for human beings. May he sleep forever underground, and may he truly become the person he wants to be as he said.
It is indeed well written. The creation, psychology and behavior of each character are too vivid. I actually don't understand why it is difficult to read (although some parts are really long, especially the passages on philosophy and history). But overall, the psychology, behavior and corresponding events of each person in this story are very interesting, even to the point of exaggeration, so it seems ironic. It is really too advanced to write such vivid and real people. It would be great if there could be a second part. It is indeed a pity, because I always feel that the character Alexei is not fleshed out enough, or maybe too pure. He probably represents the most pious part of Tuo's heart, and also acts as a lubricant to connect the story. It is really meaningful to write about the collision of characters in such a story and the speculation about one's own opinions at the same time. Although it will become difficult to read, it is still very interesting.
I especially like the character Alexei in the book. Although he is not a great man, his inner world is very rich. Dostoevsky is really amazing at being able to portray such an ordinary yet unique character so vividly. I think this book is worth reading, maybe you will find yourself in it.
It felt a bit unclear in front of me, and it was very religious. The rest of the book is still very exciting, and I personally feel that the climax is in the second half of the book.
"But victims sometimes like to take pleasure in their own despair, which seems to be due to despair."
Better looking than Tolstoy
It is profound, broad, and helpful to my spiritual personality. I will read it to the end.
This is the right book to buy. After reading it, I am ready to read the other books in the same series.
