The female protagonist's most likely pairing is with An, though that depends on how the plot develops. The timeline in this book may differ slightly from the Jingju Cats timeline, mainly the events sixty years earlier. From sixty years later onward, the story follows the official Jingju Cats plot, and Xiao Hei will be redeemed. However, I plan to redeem him using the idea of one body with two souls: An is evil, but Xiao Hei isn't. If you have an opinion, well, just leave a comment and I'll take it into account.
