Reborn: Eating Tang Sanzang Along the Road to the West

Lin Yu, the son of the richest man in the world, is killed by his stepmother and younger brother.

By chance, he transmigrates to the world of Journey to the West.

He starts out as the ultimate villain! The Buddha gives him one and only one mission: eat Tang Sanzang!

In this life, he is the hero Lin Pingzhi, but his true form is the Fu Lu Little Vajra. He fights his way through every trial and becomes a Demon King.

The Buddha wants me to eat Tang Sanzang, but I start a family in the Three Realms. The White Bone Spirit becomes my confidante, the Jade-Faced Fox my disciple, and the Three Xiao Goddesses come asking me for guidance. Chang'e and the Jade Rabbit do yoga with me, while the Rakshasi and Red Boy call me Dad. That’s not too much to ask, is it?

Why eat Tang Sanzang? I’m going to rule the Three Realms,

become the Jade Emperor, and reign as a Demon Lord who throws the world into chaos.

Many years later, Lin Pingzhi stands atop the Three Realms and says leisurely:

“Tang Sanzang’s meat doesn’t taste good, even with ten-thousand-year-old ginseng.”
