That day, Uchiha Xing simply tripped over his right foot with his left while going down the stairs. When he opened his eyes again, he was surrounded by a group of spiky-haired Uchihas who looked very much like trouble.
“Good grief, how'd this kid die so young?”
The first to come up to him was an Uchiha with rather delicate features.
“Bobo, watch what you say. Something must have happened to bring this kid here.”
Next, an Uchiha who looked gentle but had a wicked streak pinched his cheek.
“Brother Izuna, you're just too nice. The kids in the clan are spoiled rotten. They can even fall down the stairs and kill themselves.”
Then an Uchiha with a stony expression and a vicious tongue sneered coldly.
“Enough, stop discussing it. Since this kid somehow ended up at the Transmigration Bureau, Yasuke, you take him under your wing. Help him earn enough points to send him back for reincarnation.”
Finally, the most spiky-haired Uchiha, imposing and domineering, made the decision that would set Uchiha Xing on the path of a working stiff.
“Hey, wait. Why do I have to look after him?”
The Uchiha called Yasuke stared in disbelief.
“Sorry, make way. Takuya's calling me home for dinner.”
“Ahem, Tobirama and I have things to take care of.”
“Hashirama's been in a bad mood lately, so...”
