[Female lead + transmigrate into a book and be reborn + not exactly a good person + a touch of ensemble cast + villain]
Mu Yao was a corporate drone who had only recently graduated and entered the workforce.
After working late one night, she died suddenly and was bound to a wage-slave System that sent her into a book as the original story’s villain. If she achieved the goal “the villain’s only ending is death,” she would receive a generous bonus.
Mu Yao gladly agreed.
Still inexperienced in the ways of the world, Mu Yao was forced to restart the plot three times.
After being reborn, Mu Yao had become Mu Niugulushi Yao.
Mu Yao cackled. “Nobody gets to live! Kill, kill, kill!!!”
She drove the male lead into demonic cultivation, making him a target for everyone.
She used the female lead to “kill” herself, achieving the goal “the villain’s only ending is death.”
Aloof, immortal-like master: “My disciple, turn back before it’s too late.”
Mu Yao scoffed. “Mind your own business.”
The bewitching Demon Lord: “Yao Yao, will you marry me?”
Mu Yao: “Not interested.”
The lovesick, scheming Demon Emperor: “Sister, there’s no love in your eyes.”
Mu Yao: “Love will only slow down how fast I can draw my blade!”
She faked her death and retreated to the mountains.
An accident exposed her identity.
She thought everyone would denounce her as a villain, but the story took an unexpected turn.
Righteous cultivators: “Senior Sister, shine on your own! Immortal Venerable, you’re in the way. Please move aside.”
Unaffiliated cultivators: “Mu Yao is our benefactor.”
The demons: “How come the Demon Lord still hasn’t won Mu Yao over? He must not be trying hard enough.”
The demon beasts: “Does Big Sister not like tea? Lord Demon Emperor, keep it up! Go, go, go, win Mu Yao over!”
Mu Yao rubbed her forehead and smiled wryly. “Wait, what’s gotten into all of you?”
Everyone in the cultivation world: “Mu Yao must have her reasons for doing this.”
Very nice, but the content is a bit lacking
The heroine is very silly, very funny, and very loving.
It's a short story, but it's a complete story
