The Chill Wind Knows Autumn Is Here

When they first met, Yu Wenyi was a freshman, while he was about to graduate with his doctorate. When they met again, she was about to marry someone else, while he had become the youngest deputy president of a court in the political and legal system. Han Changyan left without hesitation just as Yu Wenyi had fallen deeply in love with him. Back then, she had given herself wholly to their relationship, with Han Changyan filling her every thought and gaze. In return, he left without warning. In those days, Yu Wenyi felt as if she were trapped in an ice cellar, her life consumed by endless pain and confusion. Ten years passed in a flash. Just before Yu Wenyi was due to marry someone else, fate seemed to play a cruel joke. Han Changyan burst back into her life without warning. His gaze was passionate and resolute as he declared that he would win her back, as if he could make up for all the time they had lost. Now Yu Wenyi cherishes her current partner and feels responsible for him. She knows that if she rejects Han Changyan, her partner may be dragged into this emotional storm and hurt for no reason. With no other choice, she gives herself to Han Changyan, her heart heavy and conflicted. Only later does Yu Wenyi understand that she had been caught up in this from the very beginning, ten years ago.
