Lost Among the Fields

[Apocalypse + team + zombies + combat ranks, but no special powers]

After the heavy fog came, zombies overran the world and people struggled simply to survive.

Li You moved into the villa her parents had left behind with her elders, brought in a senior medical student, and activated an artificial intelligence.

After learning that her parents' generation had made progress in researching a zombie cure, she set out to find their research materials. Li You, the senior student, Dazhuang, and a cat set off in an off-road vehicle, loaded with supplies.

Along the way, they encounter official bases, residential communities, villages, taverns, secret rooms, research institutes...

After witnessing both the good and evil in human nature, Li You resolves to hand the materials over to trustworthy authorities.
