I am a collection of lives. I come from nature and return to nature.
In my body, there are six life forms, six life stages, life levels, and realms of existence. Yuan energy, instinct, id, ego, superego, original self. Yuan energy condenses instincts, and instincts form the id, and then move toward the self, and finally reach the realm of the superego. The Yuan Self is the ultimate transcendence, and finally returns to nature.
Generally speaking, the mental state corresponding to instinct is subconscious. The preconscious belongs to the self, and only the self is conscious. With true belief, one reaches the realm of superego, and the original self is the ultimate realm.
You can read it over and over again, the content is quite complex. I've almost finished reading this book, and I feel like I've learned a lot about it.
