Geniuses Are All My Hired Hands, So Why Bother Cultivating?

{High Martial Arts + Predatory Labor Contracts + Profits First + Lighthearted Read}

Lu Tianchen unexpectedly transmigrates to a high martial arts world.

[Ding! Congratulations, you have obtained the Predatory Recruitment System.]

[Activate this System to obtain predatory labor contracts and find geniuses of your level to sign them.]

[Once Party B signs this predatory labor contract, they will become your employee.]

Genius A: “Hahaha! I gain 800 qi and blood points from a single day of training. Becoming a Martial Sect or Martial King is just around the corner!”

Lu Tianchen: “Hand it over.”

Genius B: “Hahaha! I’ve awakened an SSS-rank talent. I’ll crush the Azure Dragon and kick the White Tiger!”

Lu Tianchen: “Hand it over.”

Genius C: “An Emperor-rank martial art! I finally did it!”

Lu Tianchen: “Hand it over.”

…

From then on, Lu Tianchen does only one thing:

Find geniuses and get them to sign predatory labor contracts.

Then he happily plays the unscrupulous boss, leveling up while lounging around.

Atop a mountain peak, a Martial Emperor tugs at his beard, utterly baffled:

“Could that Lu Tianchen really be a once-in-a-thousand-generations prodigy?

I’ve never even seen him cultivate!”
