Apocalypse: the Last Day on Earth

The piercing siren blasted in my ears, waking me up from my sleep. The electronic calendar beside the bed flashed with bright red numbers: 3 days before the end. News of the quantum collapse warning scrolled across every screen in the room, mixed with incoherent analysis from experts and meaningless promises from politicians. The end of the world... Wasn't this predicted a long time ago? It's just that I always thought that it was just unfounded worries. I jumped up from the bed, an indescribable feeling of fear and excitement rushing into my heart at the same time. There was no time to think too much, there was only one thought in my mind: survive! I mechanically turned on my phone and started selling all my assets crazily. Real estate, vehicles, stocks... Anything, as long as it can be converted into cash, I won't let it go. Prices have dropped unbelievably low at this point, but I don't care anymore.
