Wan Chuan'an works as an accountant, but in truth she is a feng shui master from a family that has practiced Bazi fortune-telling for generations. One day, she falls asleep and arrives in the world of “Dreams.” The world of “Dreams” is made up of tragedies that really happened in the past and have yet to be resolved: wives sold to other families, the mystery of a nursing home, the origins of vampires, a murder committed by a shut-in… To wake up, she and the others who entered the dream must uncover the truth behind these hellish places and help the dead move on. Countless rules lurk within the dreams, and breaking a deadly rule means dying in the dream and in reality. Those who enter the dreams must complete ten of them before they can stop being drawn in.
In the dreams, Wan Chuan'an meets the “Dream Society,” an association formed by those who enter the dreams. Its members include Wu Gou, a tall, muscular joker from “Daydreaming Rabbits”; the delicate magician Zeng Yinqiu; the elegant and gentle Shui Xunzhi; and other companions. According to them, Wan Chuan'an is the “destined dream solver” they have been searching for. She can end the suffering of countless dreamers over the past thousand years and ensure that no one in the world is frightened to death by being drawn into a dream. Through one dream after another, Wan Chuan'an finally discovers the origin of “Dreams” and how she is going to put an end to it all…
It is worth recommending. The writing style is above average. The emotions and demeanor of the heroine and Gu Nanxing are well described. (As for why other characters are not written, it is because I didn't pay attention or forgot.) The story is well written and touching. This is the first serialized novel I have followed, and I was not disappointed.
Connotative and very beautiful. I will always follow the author and support him.
