[Cool, sleepy genius top x tsundere school-bully bottom]

The cross earring that Chang Jiu always wore as a boy now felt like a fine needle, piercing straight through my heart.

At the start of his second year of high school, Song Xiao got a new deskmate. He never expected the guy to be a total sleep addict?!!! Song Xiao tried to greet him, but was ignored.

"I'm a school bully, for crying out loud. Is this how you treat me?"

"Lu Jifeng, right? I'll remember you, punk."

Song Xiao was furious. He kept following Lu Jifeng around, trying to find a weakness.

"How does this guy not have a single weakness?"

After an accident, Lu Jifeng started to develop feelings for Song Xiao, and their long, slow romance began...

One day, Song Xiao had a stomachache and went to the hospital for a checkup. He was told he had late-stage stomach cancer and only about three months left to live. Song Xiao didn't tell anyone, suffering in silence. He helped clear out the street thugs outside his high school. He helped Lu Jifeng deal with the people who had humiliated him. On the final day of his countdown, he lay in the coffin he'd had custom-made and waited to die.

"It's already past midnight. Why am I still not dead?"

Song Xiao held out until eight thirty in the morning, then couldn't take it anymore and went to find a miracle doctor.

"Doctor, why haven't I passed on yet?!"

"Hey, young man, are you 58 this year?"

"What?!"

It turned out Song Xiao had taken the wrong test report, and the whole thing had been a ridiculous misunderstanding.

Song Xiao told Lu Jifeng what had happened, and it seemed to make him cherish the boy before him even more.
