The Path of the Yandere’s Tea Transformation

[Sunny Female Lead + Two-Faced Male Lead]

[Redemption: A conflicted boy meets a steadfast girl]

Early on, the male lead has a very one-sided crush on the female lead.

Wu Yinghua thinks she and Lin Qi must be fated to meet, since they keep running into each other by chance.

It isn't until she's confined to the gilded cage he built just for her that she finally realizes the fate she believed in was all a series of encounters he'd painstakingly engineered, each one born from his desperate attempts to seize the slightest opportunity.

Lin Qi, after being brainwashed: “Forcing someone into a relationship is the lowest form of love. The ultimate goal is to make my wife love me of her own free will.”

Early in the relationship:

(An unrelated man compliments Wu Yinghua): “You're so cute, like a little angel.”

Lin Qi: grits his teeth, fuming but afraid to show it, holds back again and again, then starts plotting a trip to the secret room.

○ Later in the relationship:

(An unrelated man): “Yinghua, you've warmed my heart like a sunflower.”

Lin Qi: (｡í _ ì｡) “Babe, was he saying you have a big face?”

The female lead's growth: studies hard → makes bank like crazy → does great things

The male lead's growth: keeps his head down and builds himself up → grows insecure and sensitive → gains confidence and learns to make tea

In a nutshell: You need some serious tricks to win yourself a wife.
