In 2035, a great catastrophe struck, ushering in the apocalypse. Forces from all sides emerged, each determined to claim a share of Blue Star. The Void descended, only to be forced back underground through the combined efforts of many factions. Its scattered sealed fragments fell across the world. In the present day, the Special Investigation Bureau dispatches agents to contain these Void fragments under a plan called "Spark Recovery." Wherever a fragment lands, it creates a warped magnetic field and a separate space. These spaces follow their own rules, and anyone caught inside or who enters must act according to those rules, or be killed by the entities within.
