In the year 2058 of the Blue Star Calendar, an island country in the northern hemisphere discharged nuclear sewage into the ocean. The huge nuclear radiation caused marine life to mutate. Finally, in the year 2060 of the Blue Star Calendar, two years after the nuclear sewage entered the sea, citizens in coastal cities in China mutated one after another because they ate fish that still had mutated viruses in their bodies. Overnight, entire coastal cities fell, and the country quickly implemented containment measures, but they only contained them for a short period of time.
