Six Years Later, the Superstar Wants to Protect Me

The little maid who had served him for six years thought he was only kind to her out of sympathy and pity, so she never dared hope for anything from him.

That night, he tossed her a priceless check and told her they were breaking up. She didn’t complain at all. Her master and benefactor had told her to leave, so she left.

The superstar, who was single-mindedly pursuing freedom, simply enjoyed the happiness this utterly obedient girl brought him. He didn’t really care whether she was around.

Then one day, when she truly vanished from his life, he shamelessly showed up at her rented apartment and refused to leave.

He left his own villa empty and moved into her rental. He traded his king-sized bed for a squeeze into her bed, barely four feet wide.

He protected her at every turn, refusing to let anyone hurt her again.

He said, “Darling, the next time we fight and I tell you to get lost, don’t go so far away. Don’t leave and never come back, okay? And don’t even think about killing yourself.

“If you tell me to get lost, I won’t. Even if I do leave, I’ll come rolling right back, straight to your side!”
