Sickly, but Not Strange

Ten years in Yin-Yang Valley, my frail, ailing body kept me alive only through medicine.

A wandering doctor who coughs every three steps and pants every two has always covered his face with a veil since entering the martial world. People know nothing of his extraordinary methods; they only know that he can work miracles and turn decay into wonder.

He seems ordinary as he drifts through the bustling streets, yet as mysterious as someone hidden in the wilderness. It all stems from an accusation made up out of thin air.

As a youth, he studied under Wudang and wielded the Frostfall Sword with the courage and honor of a knight-errant. He defied his father's orders and joined the Imperial Guards. Could this wandering martial artist secretly be the emperor's henchman?

The two meet, come to know each other, and share a past.

Xu Ling: “You really are a madman.”

Song Mo: “And yet we're old friends.”
