There is a System, but this isn't entirely a power fantasy. Two heroines.

I don't write for profit. The author doesn't write angst, though a little angst can be good for the soul.

I don't bash any house. I despise Voldemort and the Death Eaters. Their crimes are unforgivable; they can't be redeemed, and I won't try to redeem them!

The heroine is Hermione Granger. Finally, thanks to Rowling for creating a magical world.
