Years later, Su Jiaojiao returned to her old home. In her long-dusty room, she found the Mary Sue novel she had bought from a secondhand bookstall when she was in elementary school. She opened it and burst out laughing. “Pfft, this is hilarious! Hair that shines with every color of the rainbow in the sunlight, diamond tears whenever she cries, a voice that attracts every creature, and waking up every day in a bed five hundred meters wide?” Su Jiaojiao shook her head and thought ruefully, “I really did love reading this stuff as a kid, but now I’d rather read Digging Notes.” So she tossed the Mary Sue novel behind her. She never expected the air to twist as the book hit the floor. Su Jiaojiao’s vision went black, and she passed out.
When she woke up, she found herself in the world of Digging Notes. A wave of sadness washed over her. Now that she was here, could she help the Tender Beef Five avoid regrets? But could someone tell her why, after transmigrating, she had ended up in the later part of Sand Sea?!
The inspiration came from a sudden idea that hit me one morning. The female lead has a Mary Sue golden finger. I’m writing this purely out of love. I wanted to read about Evil Emperor Xie and Black Glasses in the later part of Sand Sea, but I’d run out of books, so I decided to write it myself! Let me emphasize that this is purely a labor of love! Any out-of-character writing is on me. If you don’t like it, just hit the back button!
