The Heartthrob Goes on a Rampage in the Infinite Game

After working herself to death, Song Ting somehow ends up in an infinite game.

The game is absurd and eerie, and its difficulty is no joke. Ordinary players have to rack their brains to clear each instance. On top of that, Song Ting is constantly targeted by the NPCs because of his high attractiveness stat.

His instances are therefore much harder than those faced by ordinary players, but he doesn’t care in the slightest. He hires a bodyguard in an instance to protect him.

Knowing the bodyguard has lost his memory, Song Ting decides to help him recover it in return for his protection. But as they search for the bodyguard’s memories, the way he looks at Song Ting grows increasingly strange.

Little scene:

Wen Zhixing goes to great lengths to fold an ugly paper flower for Song Ting, colors it in with markers, and secretly leaves it on Song Ting’s desk at work. But Song Ting mistakes it for a crumpled piece of paper and casually tosses it into the trash.

Wen Zhixing: I’m very sad, but I won’t say it QWQ

Song Ting: What’s wrong with him?

That night, Wen Zhixing curls up aggrievedly in Song Ting’s arms. Song Ting instinctively reaches to stroke his head, but Wen Zhixing dodges him.

Song Ting: ?

Later, when Song Ting learns that the flower was a gift from Wen Zhixing, he coaxes and cajoles him until he’s no longer upset.
