Zhang Juzheng: All Four Volumes

Xiong Zhaozheng, born in Yingshan County, Hubei Province in December 1953, is a famous contemporary poet, writer and scholar in China. He has published more than 30 works such as novels, essays, poems, historical essays, and speech collections. The long historical novel "Zhang Juzheng", which took ten years to create, won the 6th Mao Dun Literature Award. He is currently the chairman of the Hubei Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the chairman of the Hubei Provincial Chinese Culture Promotion Association. The long historical novel "Zhang Juzheng" is the representative work of the famous writer Xiong Zhaozheng, and has won the Mao Dun Literature Award and other awards. With sober historical rationality and warm and smart realism, the author vividly reproduces a vast and complex historical scene related to the "Wanli New Deal", shapes the image of Zhang Juzheng, a complex feudal social reformer, and demonstrates the inevitability of his tragic fate.
