Disclaimer: To fit Ruyi’s mission requirements, the heavily altered plot differs from Rusty Lake’s storyline. The aim of the adaptation isn’t to smear Rusty Lake, but to let Miracle Wanwan reclaim her own life on Laura’s behalf.
A group transmigrates from Ruyi’s Royal Love in the Palace into the Rusty Lake series: Ruyi is reborn and starts out on Paradise Island, once again bringing warmth and plague to the Eilander family all by herself. Before she can become Paradise Island’s Dragon Root administrator, her “best sister” Hailan turns into a crow and comes to deliver the bad news: “Sister, something terrible happened! I accidentally killed Xiao Lingzi again!” What can Ruyi do? With her compassionate heart, all she can do is let Hailan sacrifice the Vanderboom family across the lake, so her darling Ling Yunche can enter reincarnation sooner. Oh no! How did Brother Yunche reincarnate as a blue-eyed, blond woman? Ruyi takes a closer look and realizes it’s the “impossible-to-get-rid-of” Wei Yanwan. Ling Yunche misses out on being human once again and is forced to possess a dog from the Vanderboom family. “I was never good enough.”
After several twists and turns, Ruyi finally learns her lesson and makes a snap decision: kill her at once! Wanwan works another miracle, matching wits with the old Ruyi and taking revenge for her past life.
