Furry: Night and Falling Stars

A fanfic about my own original characters. This is my first time writing, so consider it practice.

This story is a Blue Bucket fic, with angst.

Chen and Yue are young beastfolk studying in Suzhong.

Chen is a sixteen-year-old wind-elemental from Fontaine who has bipolar disorder.

Yue is a seventeen-year-old water-elemental from Sumeru who has anxiety.

They’re both in their first year of high school. It seems they’ve both suffered some indelible wounds, and their hearts appear to be gradually growing twisted.

This story is mainly about the protagonists saving one another. There are several subplots in the main storyline.

A few stories set in classrooms and other school locations are adapted from things that happened to the author at school, and will be identified at the end of those chapters. Everything else is made up, with the background stories of my original characters mixed in. The names are invented, and all the characters are based on real people, blended with the author’s own experiences, mainly those of the male lead and female lead.

The author is a woman! I’ll say it again: I’m a woman! I’m not gay! I’m not!

“Yue, I’ve always believed in the power... of life...”

“Live... well. There’ll be light in the future... There has to be...”
