Apocalypse Storage Space: I Stockpile Tons of Supplies

A Hoarder's Dream: Stories About Stockpiling Supplies and Having a Storage Space, Please

The writing! The writing! I'm emphasizing that I want good prose 👌 Modern or period settings are both fine, preferably with no CP. Either a male or female perspective is fine. Please, no stories where the protagonist starts with hundreds of billions or trillions; I can't even dream of that much money. I love detailed stockpiling scenes, where they happily store food for winter like a little squirrel.
