What is peace?
What is pain?
What does it mean to lose everything you love?
I want to dedicate all of this to those who toil in the dark, those who struggle to make a living, and those who cherish happiness while living through pain.
Pain may often find its way into our lives, but we don't know how to face it. We may curl up and cry, confide in someone, or drown our sorrows in drink. Or we might sit on the balcony, quietly admiring the moon, and before we know it, there are ashes scattered on the ground.
But life has to go on, doesn't it? Even when you're suffering terribly, even when you think you can't go on.
Please go home and take a look. If you're tired, take a day or two off and enjoy yourself. Even if you lose a lot of money, even if your company is laying people off, even if your parents keep nagging you, your grades are slipping, and the endless pressure of studying leaves you unable to breathe.
Then come and read this book.
The times we live in nurture souls unlike any other.
The more unyielding a life is, the more it suffers hardships unlike those of ordinary people.
The loss of a loved one, failure in one's career, betrayal by a friend.
None of it made him lose hope in life. He kept moving forward, even when he didn't know where the road would lead.
Life weighed on him for a lifetime, yet he embraced the world, yearned for hope, and made his way through life.
Life may not go as you wish. It may be filled with countless future troubles and hardships you can't even imagine.
So sit down and read a book.
Look at all those people whose lives have flourished.
Don't complain. Keep living with all your heart.
May your life shine brilliantly.

Pain may often occur in our lives, but if we cannot face it, we may cry in our arms, find someone to talk to, or drink to drown our sorrows. Or sit on the balcony, quietly admiring the moonlight, and before you know it, there will be some soot on the ground. But life will always go on, even if you are in great pain, even if you think you can't go on. Please go home and take a look. If you are tired, take a day or two off and have a good time, even if you have to deduct a lot of money, even if you are facing layoffs at the company, even if you are facing the nagging of your parents, your grades are declining, and the endless pressure from study makes you breathless.
