A custom-made story for one special little hedgehog.
I only hope he can have a sweet campus romance all his own.
Beihai High School
The heroine, Xia Yan, is a hopeless student.
The hero, Gu Beichen, is a genius who can do it all
(He excels at school, basketball, badminton, singing, dancing, and more.)
The two unexpectedly become neighbors, changing their fates from that point on. The underachiever becomes a top student, and the heroine switches from news broadcasting to a different major. On a sweltering summer when she is eighteen, amid the noisy chirping of cicadas, Xia Yan meets Gu Beichen.
Their love begins beneath a ginkgo tree on campus. They weather the longing of a long-distance relationship and endure the hardships of making a life far from home in Beijing.
There are misunderstandings and struggles with reality, but they never let go of each other's hands.
He proposes when the ginkgo leaves fall, and they marry in the height of summer.
From school uniform skirts to a white wedding dress.
From the summer I met you onward, you will be with me year after year.
I hope you all enjoy it. Your support is what keeps me writing, and I’ll do my best to tell every story well!
