Also known as Morning and Evening
Bai Mu’s ideal is to be a conscientious little civil servant in the Celestial Realm. He’d be perfectly happy drinking tea and fighting monsters every day, but things don’t seem to be going the way he imagined.
Why do all the immortals bow and scrape when they see him?
Why does the dignified Ghost Princess cling to his leg and call him big brother?
Why do so many mysteries revolve around him?
Is the truth behind all this a collapse of human nature or a decline in morality?
But what baffles him most is this: when on earth did he fall for this iceberg?!
The story sticks to a one-on-one pairing, though there’s a little melodramatic love-triangle content. The happy ending is non-negotiable.
Pairing: Xuan Shen × Bai Mu (Lang Ci). Don’t ship the wrong couple!
In fact, the story is quite good, but the pace is a bit slow, especially in the middle and late parts, and it becomes a bit rushed at the end. In fact, it would be better to change it to a short story.
