Big Brother, Please Make a Normal Meal for Once!

[Gourmet] [lighthearted] [funny] [a little weird] [everyday life] [sly sect members] [no female lead]

Su Ninghe transmigrates into a family of spirit chefs.

Because of a mistake by the System, his Spirit Chef System doesn’t awaken until he’s eighteen.

To make it up to him, the System grants special effects to every dish Su Ninghe makes.

But somehow, all the delicious spirit food he carefully prepares turns into ordinary food.

Then one day, he accidentally makes a revolting dish and discovers that its effects are astonishingly powerful.

From then on, it’s as if a whole new world has opened up before him.

And after he joins the Tianyue Sect, things really get out of hand.

“Junior Brother Su... ugh... give me... ugh... another bowl. This stuff is so addictive.”

“Me too. Ugh... This flavor is stinky and fragrant, sour and sweet, spicy and bitter all at once. It’s impossible to stop eating. After I finished this, even my desire to die died.”

From then on,

turning food into something utterly bizarre became his path forward.

While everyone else was still focusing on mastering gourmet cooking,

Su Ninghe had already gone further and further down the path of making food that’s “not bad.”
