This dictionary is edited by Mr. Chen Congzhou, a famous classical garden artist in my country. The whole book is structurally divided into two parts: Famous Garden Appreciation and Garden Appreciation. The first part, "Famous Garden Appreciation", consists of private gardens, royal gardens, memorial gardens, and temple gardens. It consists of five parts: gardens and scenic spots; it focuses on introducing existing domestic gardens and scenic spots in the gardens; the second part is "Miscellaneous Knowledge of Garden Appreciation", which systematically introduces the cultural connotation, historical origins and garden appreciation knowledge of Chinese gardens; a chronology of major events in the history of gardens is attached. To accompany the introduction, there are 177 color photos of various garden landscapes in front of the main text of the dictionary, which add bright color to the dictionary and serve as a finishing touch, with both pictures and text. It is a practical appreciation dictionary with both appreciation value and professional background.

This dictionary is simply an "encyclopedia" of Chinese gardens! Not only does he have professional appreciation knowledge, but he also has exquisite garden color photos, which is really great! I especially like the introduction of private gardens in the book, which makes me feel like I am in a beautiful garden. Moreover, the famous saying "Although it is created by man, it is created by nature" also gave me a deeper understanding of the natural beauty of Chinese gardens. In short, this is a very practical and valuable garden appreciation dictionary, highly recommended!
