Shen Tingyu is every bit the darling of the heavens: a beautiful, wealthy heiress. She secretly loves Lu Chuan, the second male lead, who has always protected her, until the male lead discovers her secret...
Chen Zeyu is a model student at school, ranking near the top of his class. He's obedient and sensible, and he sees Lu Chuan as his lifelong rival...
No one expected Chen Zeyu to be quietly keeping an eye on Shen Tingyu.
Once he was sure of his feelings, he finally stopped holding back and worked up the courage to confess.
“So you want to be my boyfriend?”
Shen Tingyu gave him a casual once-over. “Sure. Get in line.”
Then she leaned over and ducked under Lu Chuan's umbrella.
Chen Zeyu knew Shen Tingyu was only dating him to get back at Lu Chuan, but he still fell head over heels for her.
When the heroine fell out with her family, he worked hard to make money and give her a comfortable life.
Later, on the day they broke up, Chen Zeyu stood in the rain like a puppy nobody wanted and asked, “Did you ever love me?”
Without even turning her head, Shen Tingyu coldly replied, “Never.”
From then on, he hated every rainy day.
Later, he said: “My world turned sunny because of you.”
The heroine's name: “Spring Water Bluer Than the Sky, A Painted Boat Where I Sleep to the Sound of Rain”
