With tears in his eyes, Li An said, “Will you let me go? Please?”
“No. You may only stay by my side!”
Angry and annoyed, Li An shouted, “You foolish emperor! Aren't you afraid I'll wreak havoc in your harem and make sure you never know a moment's peace?”
Ji Chongwei pulled him into his arms, amused. “You're the only one in my harem. Lord Eunuch can do as he pleases.”
Li An sulked in his arms, unable to think of a retort.
