Ben 10: Wait, Where Did You Come From?

The story's background is simple.

A long, long time ago, there was an author.

With nothing better to do, he created a story.

But he only imagined it in his head and never wrote it down.

Eventually, he decided to write what happened next,

and pulled the protagonist, whose story had already ended, into a space

for a chat.

He became the protagonist's boss.

Now the author is both the boss and the author of a System,

and has transformed the lock on the protagonist's genetic limit

into a super-powered device called the Zmnitrix.

This device can transform its user into monsters from Monster Hunter and other anime.

And so the story begins.

Azmuth: Where did you get that watch? I don't remember making it.

Professor Paradox: Who are you? Where did you come from? Wait, how have I never seen you before? There's no information about you in any of the timelines.

Ben Tennyson: His device is pretty good, I guess. And unlike mine, it turns him into monsters instead of alien heroes, but some of them are pretty cool.

Me: Designing this watch took forever. I had to collect monster genes one by one in the Monster Hunter game world, and after that, I had to go to my original world to collect genes from some other monsters too. What a pain.

In the blink of an eye, a monster smashed through the dimensional barrier and charged in.

Your sworn enemy's here!

Damn!

Eat my Soaring Wyvern Blade!

Blazar, I know you're still mad at me for breaking the crystal on your head,

but now's not the time to talk about that.

Go find your Captain Gento and play with him.

In the next instant, I kicked him right back through.
