Desolace Dragons is the collective name for magical beasts with the blood of ancient demon gods. Most live in the frigid lands in the northern part of the continent.
After the war between humans and Desolace Dragons a thousand years ago, the unified human nation split apart amid conflicts among the four great families: Beiming, Nangong, Dongfang, and Ximen. In their place arose Dragonwood Manor, Phoenixflame City, Rocktiger Kingdom, and Watermyst Province.
Though the four powers are independent, they are all still human at heart. As the Desolace Dragons return and wreak havoc, the Dragon-Slaying Squad steps back into the public eye to face off against them in a new battle.
