Ugly King Buggy: Livestreaming the Summit War and Saving Ace

I, Buggy the Clown, a man standing at the very peak of the world of One Piece.

This era is called the Red-Nosed Age!

After I awaken a System, the strength I've hidden for half my life can no longer stay concealed.

One livestream makes the whole world remember my name.

On screen,

I wield two watermelon knives, and even ghosts and gods flee from me. Even Mihawk, the world's greatest swordsman, can't last fifty rounds against me.

I'll save those the protagonist can't save, and I'll beat the enemies the protagonist can't defeat until they're like dogs!
