As a kind of magnetic fluid, the magnetization of ferrofluid is caused by the rotation of magnetic domains, and ferrofluid has another possible magnetization mechanism. The rotation balance orientation depends on the balance between magnetic field energy and thermal motion energy, and the rotation speed of the particles depends on the balance between the torque generated by the magnetic field on the solid particles and the fluid viscosity resistance torque. High-gradient magnetic capture and magnetic separation technology has been widely used in many fields such as industry and materials science. Currently, magnetically guided microspheres can be guided by magnets outside the body. Therefore, the transport characteristics of magnetic fluids or particles in pipelines under high-gradient magnetic fields need to be studied by theoretical workers. This book can be used as a reference for professional researchers and practitioners of ferrofluids.
