A Lotus Dream, Returning in Evening Song

Xia Zhizhi knows Jiang Cheng’s past, but she is powerless to save him.

Her heart aches for the boy who lost his closest family, and whose sense of duty weighs so heavily on him that he can barely breathe.

“You said the Gusu Lan Clan has the Twin Jades. Then our Yunmeng Jiang Clan has its Twin Heroes!”

“I’m sorry. I broke my promise.”

She, too, has a duty she must fulfill, and no power to change her fate.

The seal is weakening, and the Demon King is about to descend.

Xia Zhizhi must stop it all. But an unexpected turn sends her back to the wrong point in time, giving her the chance to save the boy after all.

“A-Cheng, this time, I’ll save you.”

“A-Xian, you must walk the righteous path!”

This time, she will make sure the Twin Heroes of Yunmeng remain the Twin Heroes of Yunmeng.

She wants to hear everyone say those words:

“The Twin Heroes of Yunmeng truly live up to their name!”
