Basics of Electrical Engineering (National Secondary Vocational Education Reform and Development Demonstration School Professional Curriculum Reform Series Textbooks)

In the process of writing this book, we refer to the basic syllabus for electricians in secondary vocational schools promulgated by the Ministry of Education, as well as relevant professional qualification standards or industry professional skills appraisal standards. At the same time, combined with the actual teaching situation of secondary vocational education in recent years, we implement the guiding ideology of vocational education that "takes students' practical operation ability as the main line and sufficient knowledge as the criterion". The main contents include: understanding electricity and safe electricity use, capacitor understanding and application, magnetic field and inductor understanding and application, understanding single-phase sinusoidal AC circuits, understanding three-phase sinusoidal AC circuits, understanding non-sinusoidal periodic circuits, transient processes, transformers and motors. Each project is followed by a project summary and thinking questions, and a skills training assessment card is also designed for each project.
