"Conversations on Jianghu" is the posthumous work of Mr. Lian Kuoru. It describes and exposes the inside story of the Jianghu business from the late Qing Dynasty to the 1930s in a large amount of space and various deceptions that harm society, and warns people not to be greedy for cheap and be deceived. In the 1930s, the author serialized the contents of the manuscript in Peking's "Shiyan Newspaper" under the pseudonym of Yun Youyou. In 1936 (the 25th year of the Republic of China), it was compiled and published by Shiyan Newspaper. For this expanded reprint, Zhonghua Book Company asked Mr. Li Binsheng to create more than 50 illustrations, supplemented several sections of text such as "Xiaowanmen", "Fengmen" and "Yanmen" that were not included in the original book, and paired it with many photos of precious figures and historical documents. Suitable for appreciation and collection.

I like the book "Jianghu Congtan" very much! It's like a mysterious world that allows me to understand a lot of things I didn't know before. I particularly like the witty characters in the book. Their stories taught me not to be easily fooled. This book also reminded me of a time when I was almost cheated, so I thought it was not only interesting, but also educational! Come and take a look too!
