Zhao Miao is a beckoning cat living deep in the mountains. Her appetite leads her to eat her way through an entire mountain, earning the enmity of every spirit there.
To pay off her debt, she somehow binds herself to a System. If she completes the mission of saving the main villain, stops him from turning evil before the story’s hero and heroine appear, and gets his affection score up to 100%, she’ll be rewarded with a ticket home.

But the System has made a mistake.
This Host barely pays any attention to the villain and doesn’t follow the mission instructions at all.
It has to tempt her with dried fish every time before she’ll obediently do her tasks.
Though this Host is hopelessly unreliable, the System is surprised to discover that the main villain is pretty easy to win over. His affection score rises at an astonishing pace.
Once Zhao Miao completes the mission perfectly, the System erases her memories, and she leaves without a second thought.

Nine years later, the main villain has built a business empire and become a tycoon richer than nations.
One day,
Zhao Miao, now without her memories, sees the main villain again and stares at him blankly. “Who are you?”
Chi Ziyuan has searched for her for years. When he realizes she no longer remembers him, his eyes instantly redden.
