A Secret Crush Turns into Love: A Passionate Promise

Unrequited love: it's a familiar phrase to everyone. Yet these two simple words give rise to a very different story.

At Qingheng Middle School, there was a handsome, rebellious, and aloof boy. When he first met the heroine, An Zhibing, he took her guitar away. He frightened her, but when they met again, he wanted to get to know her. Or rather, he realized she was hiding something. She was good at all sorts of things, and that drew him in. Out of nowhere, he wanted to be sworn brothers with An Zhibing. After that, he used the excuse of being “brothers” to spend time with her. He only meant to become her sworn brother, never expecting to fall for her. Meanwhile, the slow-on-the-uptake girl, An Zhibing, still thought he really wanted to be her brother...

An Zhibing: You want to be my sworn brother? Call me Big Sister.

Ye Yuchen drawled, “Big Sister.”

His friends laughed about it for a long time, all saying, “Looks like Young Master Ye finally has someone to keep him in line.”

An Zhibing: Fine, I accept.

She agreed without a second thought! What she didn't know was that the two of them, who had called each other sworn siblings all along, would become inseparable in her youth. Much later...

An Zhibing: So “sworn brother” means “secret admirer” to you? You have so many sworn brothers, does that mean you have lots of secret admirers?

Ye Yuchen: No. It's only ever been you!

Ye Yuchen had discovered a feeling called unrequited love. It drove him crazy, but he didn't want to hurt the girl he secretly loved. On graduation day... (Can we change “unrequited love” to “requited love”? Give me a chance)...
