The Red Star Shines, All for Our Faith

I died under the guns of the Japanese invaders, then was born with my memories in this new era of the 21st century. I had all my limbs, with no bullet or shrapnel scars. I wasn't missing any arms or legs, and I didn't have to go hungry on the battlefield. I spent a wonderful, comfortable childhood at an orphanage, with plenty to eat and wear. Then, when I was sixteen, my biological parents came looking for me. The director told me I was the real young master of the Shen family, switched at birth. On my first day in their home, Shen Ye, who had been the Shen family's young master for fifteen years, knelt before me and pleaded earnestly with me not to kick him out. I helped him to his feet and declared righteously, “The sons and daughters of China are one family. I would never do anything to hurt my own family!”
