The book is just average, and it has one shortcoming: there is no explanation at all. It was mentioned before that you can only practice if you have spiritual roots, and what levels of cultivation there are, but nothing else was mentioned at all. It was only when I saw that the skill was said to be level 4 later that I realized that the skill actually had levels; it was later said that one needs to absorb some kind of spiritual energy from heaven and earth in order to practice qi. These things should have been explained before, but you didn't mention them at all.
