There is a form of energy in the universe known as a Core. Because it brings disaster to celestial bodies, it is also called the Tumor of the Cosmos.
In the vast, eternal expanse of the universe, the Wanderers organization happened upon a derelict space station drifting through the void. No one knew how many centuries it had been wandering. Inside, they found a mysterious man who did not know who he was, where he came from, or where he was going.
With his appearance, the Wanderers’ missions gradually grew more difficult, and the harm the Tumor of the Cosmos inflicted on the universe grew ever greater.
