A year ago, the entire Duke Su's household was condemned and perished. Su Jinyue, the legitimate daughter, survived by marrying into the Jiang family.
Her husband was congenitally impotent, and Su Jinyue pitied his frail health, caring for him devotedly and enduring a full year of insults and scorn on his behalf. But her so-called husband drugged her with his own hands and sent her to the bed of a strange man! Only then did Su Jinyue realize that it had all been a scheme to use her. The scoundrel even had a child with another woman!
Since he was impotent, she would make sure everyone in the capital knew it. And as for the child, as long as she was alive, that brat would never set foot in the house!
Unwilling to let the scoundrel keep her under his thumb, Su Jinyue turned and wrapped her arms around the Ninth Eunuch's neck. “Lord Supervisor, please take pity on me...”
Beneath the warmth of red candles and bed curtains, Su Jinyue accidentally uncovered a shocking secret: the Ninth Eunuch, who held power over the court, was still a fully intact man!
Amid curling incense beneath the seated Buddhas, Shen Cizhou slowly wound a lock of the woman's hair around his finger. “Be good. Don't think about running...”
Ingeniously conceived, exciting, rich in content, and fascinating, you can't stop watching it. I highly recommend it. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
It's pretty good and pretty. The plot is a bit different, although some places are a bit strange. But it's a good novel.
