None of them truly believed they were uncut jade, so they dared not temper themselves through hard work. Yet they half-believed they were precious jade, and so refused to muddle through life alongside ordinary rubble... In ancient times, after Nuwa mended the heavens, legend says that five-colored stones fell across the four continents of the human world. One of them disappeared without a trace. By a twist of fate, Ling You met Baiji, one of the five-colored stones. Later, they encountered the companions who held the other stones, grew close, and fought side by side... The five friends joined forces to defeat the forces of evil and reunite the five-colored stones...
Protagonist 1: Ling You, the last survivor of the Yinyu Clan. (As the first protagonist to appear, of course he gets the biggest protagonist halo... His luck is especially strong.)
Protagonist 2: Su Xing, origins unknown. (If I told you, it would be no different from a spoiler...)
Protagonist 3: Mu Huaiyang, a young general who is both extremely optimistic and extremely pessimistic, yet possesses an exceptionally powerful mind.
Protagonist 4: Jian Ping, blind in both eyes, but with an extraordinary ability to sense spiritual domains. (His domain-sensing ability once shook the entire cultivation world...)
Protagonist 5: Jian An, a naturally gifted cultivator whose attacks gain explosive power. (He and his older brother Jian Ping have relied on each other since childhood. He's a total big-brother's boy.)
Baiji, Lanling, Chiyan, Bizheng, Huangqi
(The author is terrible at coming up with names, so I borrowed a few from Chinese medicinal herbs for these five-colored stones...)
There's nothing wrong with the content, but why are there so many Ahx? As for Ahx, it's pretty good aside from this point.
