I Maintain Order in a World of Eerie Rules

On his way home, Ye Lin comes across a young woman about to jump into a river. He tries to save her, but she drags him into the water and they end up in a strange space. Beautiful woman: “Congratulations, you've been chosen. In the world of rules, strange beings are breaking the rules, leaving ordinary people without a chance of survival. Some people are also maliciously using cheats to break the rules. We need an administrator to uphold them. And you, my friend, are that administrator.” Ye Lin: “Can I say no?” Beautiful woman: “No.” Ye Lin: “But I'm freaking scared.” Beautiful woman: “Then I'll kill you right now.” Ye Lin: “A true man stands between heaven and earth. How could he endure living under someone else's thumb? Actually, I quite like the idea of being an administrator.” And so he becomes an administrator of the rules, blending into crowds to expose cheaters and transforming into strange creatures to capture monsters that break the rules. Ye Lin: “If that boss hadn't drafted me back then, I'd still be working nine to nine, six days a week. Not that there's anything wrong with a regular job, but being an administrator gives me so much more room to roam.”
