The Secret of Gu Xiu’s Five Hundred Years

I am Gu Xiu of Qingxuan.

I thought this was just a simple trip into a secret realm,

or perhaps a brief parting,

just a long nightmare.

I never imagined it would be so harrowing...

I thought that when I woke from the dream,

everything would return to the way it was.

I never expected everything to have changed.
