At the beginning of Heaven and Earth, there was an egg, which scattered the primordial breath through chaos. This primordial breath is qi. At that time, yin and yang first emerged from chaos; yin and yang gave birth to the Five Elements, the Five Elements brought forth all things, and all things came together with the stars of the heavens. The human body’s essence is most in harmony with yin and yang and the Five Elements, and is the manifest form of Heaven and Earth’s creation. The Five Elements are metal, wood, water, fire, and earth. Thus, by reversing the natural order, the Five Elements unite with yin and yang, and yin and yang unite as one qi: then creation is attained. Whoever attains creation will enjoy countless years of life! With the body united with one qi, one’s form becomes as vast as Heaven! With the spirit united with one qi, one’s lifespan becomes as long as Heaven’s! Thus is this scripture called the True Scripture of Creation’s One Qi.
“Refine qi for one hundred and twenty years, transform it into essence for three hundred years, form a core for over eight hundred years, form an infant and live for three thousand years, refine the spirit and endure for one kalpa, transform into a deity and share in one yuan, become a void deity and live for a million years, become a true deity and remain undying through countless kalpas. Last forever alongside Heaven and Earth, and let the One Qi endure with the Heavenly Dao.”
